Carolyn Abel has been cooking for over 20 years in professional kitchens all over the United States. She has traveled to the South of France to study Provencal cooking and has a passion for fresh, high quality ingredients. Carolyn has spent many years on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard as an Executive Chef, as well as Vermont, Colorado and California.
She currently lives in Northville, NY with her husband, Ryan and Labradoodle, Mocha.
